Dear Rosaceae Community Member:
I would like to thank everyone who participated in this year's RosEXEC elections. A special thanks goes out to all of the candidates who agreed to run this year. The election was extremely close as six of the candidates were separated by only a few votes. It is my pleasure to congratulate the five newly elected US members: Gayle Volk, Stan Hokansen, Des Layne, Michael Wisniewski, and Jud Ward. In addition, I would like to congratulate the newly elected international liaisons: Dan Sargent and Felicidad Fernandez.
Thanks again to the entire Rosaceae community and I look forward to seeing those of you who will be attending PAG next week.
Best Regards,
Chris

Hello all,
Hope you had a wonderful holiday season!
As you all probably know the Next Rosexec meeting will be held Sunday in the Towne Room at PAG at 8am PST.
If you can't make the meeting, We are happy to have you call in via Skype. We did try this at ASHS with some success, although I believe it was a little hard to hear, it still was possible for everyone to be involved. If you would like to Skype in my Skype address is jd.swanson1. Please "friend" me and I'll set it up our end.
I will also be recoding the meeting in its entirety if any one would like access to that recording.
Looking forward to catching up with a bunch of you at PAG!
Take care
JD
