Approximately 6,000 peach SNPs were selected at UC Davis for two breeding populations: Pop DF ('Dr. Davis' × 'F8, 1-42') and Pop DG ('Dr. Davis' × 'Georgia Belle'). These SNPs are now available for viewing in GBrowse as well as an Excel spreadsheet available on the peach genome project pagehttp://www.rosaceae.org/node/355.
