Dear Professor Yu:
CottonGen is a very user-friendly database for researchers studying cotton. However, I encountered a problem when using the gff3 file of the TX2094 genome in CottonGen. The number of annotated genes is different from the number of PNAS articles (85371), and it also contains protein sequences. Could you please help me resolve this?
