Call for Nominations for the 2025-2027 ICGI Election--Feb. 28, 2025 Deadline

Dear All: On behalf of the ICGI executive committee, I am opening nominations for ICGI officers. We request nominations for the open positions listed below. A "Professional" is deemed to be an individual holding an academic or governmental scientific research position. Individuals actively engaged in obtaining an academic degree or employed by a for-profit company are not eligible to serve as ICGI officers. ICGI members can be nominated for only one position per election, but in successive elections can be nominated for positions other than the one they currently hold. While it will be possible to hold Chair and Co-chair positions simultaneously, no single individual can be Chair of ICGI and of a Workgroup or Chair of two different Workgroups simultaneously. At the conclusion of this election, current ICGI Co-Chairs will become Chairs for the next cycle (2025-2027) and are not eligible as nominees for the current election. Dear Colleagues, This is a reminder to submit your abstract for potential oral presentation in PAG32. In the ICGI workshop, there will be 5-6 presentations. Your timely submission is greatly appreciated. This is to call potential presenters who would like to make oral presentation in the ICGI workshop at Plant and Animal Genome 32, January 10-15, 2025 in San Diego, CA, USA.
