Hi RosEXEC,

I accepted Nahla and Sook's track changes and made a few minor edits of my own. I also added the RosEXEC watermark and a footer at the bottom defining RosEXEC and adding our website. I don't think we have answers to Jonathan's comments, so those can probably be deleted and then it's ready to go into the GDR newsletter.

Sook and Jonathan, I'm great with you both moving ahead to release.
