Dear All,
We have two excellent nominees for the RosEXEC Secretary position, Lise Mahoney and Jonathan Fresnedo Ramirez both agreed to be nominated for the job, thank you! Also both of them are attending the PAG and we hope to see them tomorrow at the RosEXEC/RosIGI meeting in Hampton room from 10am-12pm
I have not received other nominations so I propose to proceed with the voting. I hope you are checking your emails and can vote for one of the nominees. Please send me your vote by tomorrow 10am so we can announce Secretary at the beginning of the meeting. RosEXEC members are eligible to vote.
Thank you for your patience and understanding of the accelerated Secretary nomination and election process this year. We will make sure we do not repeat it again :-)

ps. Dorrie informed me that the newly elected members have been added to the RosEXEC mailing list. To be safe I am bcc-ing them to this email, so I apologise for the duplication.

Dear RosEXEC,
Congratulations to the following people for being voted in to join RosEXEC in 2018!
U.S. Members:
Nahla Bassil
Chris Dardick
Jonathan Fresnedo Ramirez
Phil Stewart
Lise Mahoney
International Liaisons:
Craig Hardner
Felicidad Fernandez
We are late this year with nominations and election of the Secretary. We can do it within next few days but first we need to:
(1) Identifying who is willing to run for Secretary and
(2) Vote for the candidates
All new, ongoing, and rotating-off U.S. members are eligible to become Secretary candidates, except for the current officers (Mercy, Chris and Ksenija). However, all of you receiving this email may vote, except ex officio Dorrie. As a reminder, the Secretary for 2018 automatically becomes Vice-Chair for 2019 and then Chair for 2020. The 2018 Secretary is also responsible for taking minutes of RosEXEC during 2018, including the in-person meeting in San Diego (although if the Sec is not in attendance, we'll find an alternative).
So, to get this going, if you are willing to become Secretary, please email me back by the end of Saturday, January 13th. Once we get the pool of candidates we will send an email to the RosEXEC to vote.
Please find attached agenda for in-person meeting on Sunday and minutes from our October meeting. I apologize for being late on sharing these. You can provide comment for the minutes and additional suggestions for the agenda on Sunday.
Hope to see you all in a few days. Don't forget we changed the time of the in person meeting to 10am to 12 pm. Those that can't join us in person will have a chance to participate via skype. Dorrie's skype connection info is in the attached agenda.
