Dear RosEXEC,
It was great seeing most of you at the PAG meeting. I am pleased to welcome Max Cheng to the RosEXEC as a new member filling in the position vacated by retirement of Richard Bell. As you remember during our meeting in San Diego we agreed to promote the next individual with the highest number of votes on the membership ballot to the RosEXEC member, and that is Max.
Francois Laurens (cc-ed) is the actin RosIGI Chair (last RGC organizer) so decision was made to add RosiGI Chair in the RosEXEC membership.
I would appreciate if you would take some time to read through the minutes Mercy took in Chris's absence (thank you!) and provide your edits. The minutes contain additional changes related to the in person meeting during PAG, listed under OTHER ITEMS, and I would appreciate if you would make sure to read them since not everyone stayed for the RosIGI meeting during which several topic from RosEXEC agenda were discussed.
I would like to submit final minutes to the GDR before we have our next phone conference in March.
Thank you,
Ksenija

Greetings RosEXEC's,
Please pardon my absence from Sunday's meeting. I had very much looked
forward to making the group's acquaintance (via Skype), learning more about
GDR's mission / updates / future tasks, and participating as an industry
representative.
Would anyone be willing to give me a brief run-down of the meeting over the
phone? If so, please send your number for a quick chat. Otherwise I'll
wait to read the minutes and look forward to next time!
Hope those of you at PAG are enjoying San Diego,
Ellen
