Dear all,
I've attached a draft agenda for the upcoming meeting at PAG. Please take a look and edit where appropriate. Also, if you are willing to lead any of the discussions please let me know. This agenda was edited from last year's version by Jay. A key issue was and still is the White Paper revision. We tried to address this last year but little progress has been made. If you have any suggestions on facilitating the White Paper revisions please pass them along. Any information on upcoming meetings or other events would also be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
Chris

Dear RosEXEC members,
We are currently setting up the election of a new secretary. Each year, RosEXEC elects a new secretary from among existing RosEXEC members (with the exception of current officers). If elected secretary, you would start a new three year term- serving as secretary, vice chair, and finally chair. Please let me know if you are willing to be considered for the secretary position by Friday, January 4th.
Best Regards,
Chris

Dear RosEXEC members,
The elections results have been tallied. Gayle Volk, Stan Hokansen, Desmond Layne, and Judson Ward have been elected. We currently have a tie for the 5th and final spot between Michael Wisniewski and Nnadozie Oraguzie. To our knowledge, RosEXEC has no written policy for tiebreakers. To expedite the process, we have decided to hold a tie breaker election among members of the RosEXEC committee. Please vote for one of these two candidates by Friday, January 4th. So that Dorrie does not have to set up special weblink, I am asking that you e-mail your vote directly to me.
Happy new year and I hope to see you at PAG,
Chris
