An 'International Strawberry Genomics' meeting (which is open to everyone) will be held on Monday, January 13th at 1pm in the Balboa Room at Handlery Hotel (950 Hotel Circle North, San Diego). The goal of this meeting is to discuss ongoing efforts in strawberry genomics, establish new collaborations, and make any other announcements to the community.
Unfortunately the primary venue Town & Country hotel is undergoing extensive renovation, and so quite a few events have been moved to the nearby Handlery Hotel complex. A regular shuttle bus service will be provided or is roughly a 300 yard walk from the conference center.
Please also note that we have this room on condition that “outside food & beverages are not permitted – failure to comply will result in a penalty fine".
