Abstract: From submission to data visualisation – Our team at EBI maintains and develops a number of resources aimed to support (FAIR)sharing, re-use, integration and visualisation of functional genomics data from a broad range of species including many agricultural species (both plants and animals). In this webinar I will briefly introduce our archival services and tools as well as our two knowledgebases, the Expression Atlas and Single Cell Expression Atlas, that host thousands of publicly available transcriptomics experiments across species and biological conditions – re-analysed and visualised in a user-friendly interface for the scientific community to use and explore.
